CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. • Cancellations/Reschedules: ▸ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited and are non-refundable. ▸ Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service amount charged to the card on file. ▸ If you reschedule more than two times, your most recent deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. • No-Shows: ▸ Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total service amount charged to the card on file. ▸ No-show clients will be banned from future bookings.
