CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. • Cancellations/Reschedules: ▸ If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or request to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to rebook. ▸ If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-Shows: Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file and you will be banned from future bookings.
